Why do my clients call me their True Florida Gem?  Maybe it’s because the 30 years experience I have in buying and selling Florida real estate or it could be for the successful investments I have helped them with.  I personally feel it’s because of the long lasting relationships that have developed.  I don’t have clients; I have friends that continue to trust me with their hopes and dreams.

Maybe it’s my growing up in Florida with 12 brothers and sisters.  With a family that size you just naturally learn to be aware of the feelings of others, not to mention the work ethics you learn in doing chores and caring for your younger siblings (I was the fourth oldest).  Or, maybe it’s the appreciation I have acquired and my love of Florida’s extraordinary plants and flowers; I not only raise orchids and bromeliads but I also love to paint them along with the beautiful Florida scenery.

But I guess, it’s because I knew early on that Florida real estate would be my career and I have devoted my entire adult life to just that, helping others realize their Florida dreams and I can’t think of anything that could be more rewarding. Or maybe it’s because I get to work with two of the most magnificent & charming young ladies in Southwest Florida, Kari my daughter and Christine my wonderful friend.  But more than anything it has to be because of my deep love for the Lord.  He inspires everything I do and when I do it for him, everyone gets blessed. So whatever the reason that so many trust me with their hearts and their dreams, I just feel blessed to have known each and every one of them and I am proud to be known as their "True Florida Gem".
